Our standard entry criteria includes a Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT) certificate that meets our minimum score result of at least 45 on the quantitative section and a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university (minimum GPA of 75).

Dr. Shai Harel
Academic Director, Tel Aviv Online MBA
Dr. Shai Harel is the Academic Director of the online MBA program at Tel Aviv University. Until recently, he was a lecturer and the Head of the Strategy and Entrepreneurship Department at the Hebrew University’s Business School.
Dr. Harel holds a Ph.D. from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and completed his Post-Doc at London Business School and at the Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. His research draws from strategy, entrepreneurship, and entrepreneurial finance, where he aims to understand what drives startups’ performance.
Dr. Harel is the Academic Director of the Israeli Lean Launchpad program. Previously, Dr. Harel served as the Academic Director of the EMBA Startup 360˚ program. He was one of the founders and a board member of the Hebrew University’s entrepreneurship center, a board member at the Asper center for entrepreneurship, and represented the Hebrew University at Labs/O2 incubator’s investment committee.
Alongside his academic activities, in the past 15 years, Dr. Harel has been advising startups, commercial companies, venture capital funds, and government institutions. Dr. Harel has advised the Ministry of Finance, the Tax Authority, and the Innovation Authority on policy issues related to the venture capital industry, and has authored research and policy reports for the Bertelsmann Stiftung and the European Commission.

Hila Rachmani
Founding Executive Director, Tel Aviv Online MBA program
Hila Rachmani is the Founding Executive Director of the Tel Aviv Online MBA program at the Coller School of Management.
Hila Rachmani holds an MA degree in Diplomacy from Tel Aviv University and an honors BA degree in Sociology, Anthropology and Education from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
In her previous position within the Coller School, Hila led the school’s international affairs department for over 5 years, collaborating with 100 leading business schools around the globe. She evaluated and placed over 300 students in study abroad programs, led and hosted 1,000 international students on short- and long-term study visits in Israel, and represented the Coller School at international conferences abroad.
Before joining the Coller School of Management, Hila worked at the Tel Aviv Global Department of the Tel Aviv-Yafo Municipality’s internal tourism office. She worked to increase the exposure and reputation of the city by developing and promoting internal tourism. She has also contributed to initiatives and projects in the fields of public diplomacy and Israeli advocacy.
She has been running the Tel Aviv Online MBA program for two years, from its early stages of establishment.
